About malika

Malika S. Coleman is a multi-credentialed financial services professional based in Chicago. She currently serves as a Client Service Associate in the wealth management division of a leading financial institution, working across corporate cash management, institutional trading, and private wealth practices. Her career has spanned credit risk, liquidity operations, retirement plan consulting, and investment advisory — giving her a rare cross-disciplinary view of the financial services industry.

She recently completed her MBA at Wilmington University with a concentration in banking and financial services, with a Master of Finance from Southern New Hampshire University to follow. CFP® coursework begins in early 2027.

Her long-term work is grounded in a single question: how can thoughtful professionals build lives and finances with the same intentionality leaders bring to their organizations? Watch this space.

Beyond client service, I'm currently focused, personal financial systems. How individuals and households can build operational rigor around their financial lives — not just managing money, but managing the architecture that supports it.
